And Benaiah brought the king word again, saying, Thus said Joab, and thus he answered me. #, 11_1KI_02_42  And the king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Did I not make thee to swear by the LORD, and protested unto thee, saying, Know for a certain, on the day thou goest out, and walkest abroad any whither, that thou shalt surely die? and thou saidst unto me, The word [that] I have heard [is] good. #, 11_1KI_02_43  Why then hast thou not kept the oath of the LORD, and the commandment that I have charged thee with? #, 11_1KI_03_01  And Solomon made affinity with Pharaoh king of Egypt, and took Pharaoh's daughter, and brought her into the city of David, until he had made an end of building his own house, and the house of the LORD, and the wall of Jerusalem round about. #, 11_1KI_03_15  And Solomon awoke; and, behold, [it was] a dream. And he came to Jerusalem, and stood before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and offered up burnt offerings, and offered peace offerings, and made a feast to all his servants. #, 11_1KI_07_12  And the great court round about [was] with three rows of hewed stones, and a row of cedar beams, both for the inner court of the house of the LORD, and for the porch of the house. #, 11_1KI_07_51  So was ended all the work that king Solomon made for the house of the LORD. So he finished the house. #, 11_1KI_10_12  And the king made of the almug trees pillars for the house of the LORD, and for the king's house, harps also and psalteries for singers, there came no such almug trees, nor were seen unto this day. #, 11_1KI_11_06  And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as [did] David his father. #, 11_1KI_12_24  Thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren the children of Israel, return every man to his house; for this thing is from me. And he sat on the throne of the kings. #, 12_2KI_12_09  But Jehoiada the priest took a chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it beside the altar, on the right side as one cometh into the house of the LORD, and the priests that kept the door put therein all the money [that was] brought into the house of the LORD. #, 12_2KI_12_11  And they gave the money, being told, into the hands of them that did the work, that had the oversight of the house of the LORD, and they laid it out to the carpenters and builders, that wrought upon the house of the LORD, #, 12_2KI_12_12  And to masons, and hewers of stone, and to buy timber and hewed stone to repair the breaches of the house of the LORD, and for all that was laid out for the house to repair [it]. #, 12_2KI_12_18  And Jehoash king of Judah took all the hallowed things that Jehoshaphat, and Jehoram, and Ahaziah, his fathers, kings of Judah, had dedicated, and his own hallowed things, and all the gold [that was] found in the treasures of the house of the LORD, and in the king's house, and sent [it] to Hazael king of Syria, and he went away from Jerusalem. #, 12_2KI_13_02  And he did [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD, and followed the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which made Israel to sin; he departed not therefrom. #, 12_2KI_13_04  And Jehoahaz besought the LORD, and the LORD hearkened unto him, for he saw the oppression of Israel, because the king of Syria oppressed them. #, 12_2KI_14_14  And he took all the gold and silver, and all the vessels that were found in the house of the LORD, and in the treasures of the king's house, and hostages, and returned to Samaria. #, 12_2KI_16_08  And Ahaz took the silver and gold that was found in the house of the LORD, and in the treasures of the king's house, and sent [it for] a present to the king of Assyria. #, 12_2KI_16_14  And he brought also the brazen altar, which [was] before the LORD, from the forefront of the house, from between the altar and the house of the LORD, and put it on the north side of the altar. #, 12_2KI_17_21  For he rent Israel from the house of David; and they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king, and Jeroboam drave Israel from following the LORD, and made them sin a great sin. #, 12_2KI_17_32  So they feared the LORD, and made unto themselves of the lowest of them priests of the high places, which sacrificed for them in the houses of the high places. #, 12_2KI_17_33  They feared the LORD, and served their own gods, after the manner of the nations whom they carried away from thence. #, 12_2KI_17_41  So these nations feared the LORD, and served their graven images, both their children, and their children's children, as did their fathers, so do they unto this day. #, 12_2KI_18_06  For he clave to the LORD, [and] departed not from following him, but kept his commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses. #, 12_2KI_18_15  And Hezekiah gave [him] all the silver that was found in the house of the LORD, and in the treasures of the king's house. #, 12_2KI_18_16  At that time did Hezekiah cut off [the gold from] the doors of the temple of the LORD, and [from] the pillars which Hezekiah king of Judah had overlaid, and gave it to the king of Assyria. #, 12_2KI_19_14  And Hezekiah received the letter of the hand of the messengers, and read it, and Hezekiah went up into the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD. #, 12_2KI_19_15  And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said, O LORD God of Israel, which dwellest [between] the cherubims, thou art the God, [even] thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth. #, 12_2KI_19_23  By thy messengers thou hast reproached the Lord, and hast said, With the multitude of my chariots I am come up to the height of the mountains, to the sides of Lebanon, and will cut down the tall cedar trees thereof, [and] the choice fir trees thereof, and I will enter into the lodgings of his borders, [and into] the forest of his Carmel. #, 12_2KI_20_11  And Isaiah the prophet cried unto the LORD, and he brought the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down in the dial of Ahaz. #, 12_2KI_22_02  And he did [that which was] right in the sight of the LORD, and walked in all the way of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left. #, 12_2KI_22_05  And let them deliver it into the hand of the doers of the work, that have the oversight of the house of the LORD, and let them give it to the doers of the work which [is] in the house of the LORD, to repair the breaches of the house, #, 12_2KI_22_08  And Hilkiah the high priest said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law in the house of the LORD. And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it. #, 12_2KI_23_02  And the king went up into the house of the LORD, and all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with him, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the people, both small and great, and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house of the LORD. #, 12_2KI_23_03  And the king stood by a pillar, and made a covenant before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all [their] heart and all [their] soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to the covenant. #, 12_2KI_24_13  And he carried out thence all the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king's house, and cut in pieces all the vessels of gold which Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the LORD, as the LORD had said. #, 12_2KI_25_09  And he burnt the house of the LORD, and the king's house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great [man's] house burnt he with fire. #, 12_2KI_25_13  And the pillars of brass that [were] in the house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brazen sea that [was] in the house of the LORD, did the Chaldees break in pieces, and carried the brass of them to Babylon. #, 13_1CH_02_03  The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah, [which] three were born unto him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him. #, 13_1CH_11_03  Therefore came all the elders of Israel to the king to Hebron; and David made a covenant with them in Hebron before the LORD; and they anointed David king over Israel, according to the word of the LORD by Samuel. #, 13_1CH_16_04  And he appointed [certain] of the Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, and to record, and to thank and praise the LORD God of Israel, #, 13_1CH_16_11  Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually. #, 13_1CH_16_25  For great [is] the LORD, and greatly to be praised, he also [is] to be feared above all gods. #, 13_1CH_17_16  And David the king came and sat before the LORD, and said, Who [am] I, O LORD God, and what [is] mine house, that thou hast brought me hitherto? #, 13_1CH_21_26  And David built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings, and called upon the LORD; and he answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of burnt offering. #, 13_1CH_22_18  [Is] not the LORD your God with you? and hath he [not] given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD, and before his people. #, 13_1CH_22_19  Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the LORD God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and the holy vessels of God, into the house that is to be built to the name of the LORD. #, 13_1CH_23_04  Of which, twenty and four thousand [were] to set forward the work of the house of the LORD; and six thousand [were] officers and judges, #, 13_1CH_23_30  And to stand every morning to thank and praise the LORD, and likewise at even; #, 13_1CH_26_30  [And] of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, [were] officers among them of Israel on this side Jordan westward in all the business of the LORD, and in the service of the king. #, 13_1CH_28_02  Then David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my people, [As for me], I [had] in mine heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building, #, 13_1CH_28_08  Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God, that ye may possess this good land, and leave [it] for an inheritance for your children after you for ever. #, 13_1CH_28_12  And the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the house of the LORD, and of all the chambers round about, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries of the dedicated things, #, 13_1CH_28_13  Also for the courses of the priests and the Levites, and for all the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and for all the vessels of service in the house of the LORD. #, 13_1CH_29_09  Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD, and David the king also rejoiced with great joy. #, 13_1CH_29_20  And David said to all the congregation, Now bless the LORD your God. And all the congregation blessed the LORD God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads, and worshipped the LORD, and the king. #, 13_1CH_29_21  And they sacrificed sacrifices unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings unto the LORD, on the morrow after that day, [even] a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, [and] a thousand lambs, with their drink offerings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel, #, 14_2CH_01_05  Moreover the brazen altar, that Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, had made, he put before the tabernacle of the LORD, and Solomon and the congregation sought unto it. #, 14_2CH_02_01  And Solomon determined to build an house for the name of the LORD, and an house for his kingdom. #, 14_2CH_02_12  Huram said moreover, Blessed [be] the LORD God of Israel, that made heaven and earth, who hath given to David the king a wise son, endued with prudence and understanding, that might build an house for the LORD, and an house for his kingdom. #, 14_2CH_05_13  It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers [were] as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up [their] voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, [saying], For [he is] good; for his mercy [endureth] for ever, that [then] the house was filled with a cloud, [even] the house of the LORD; #, 14_2CH_07_11  Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and the king's house, and all that came into Solomon's heart to make in the house of the LORD, and in his own house, he prosperously effected. #, 14_2CH_08_01  And it came to pass at the end of twenty years, wherein Solomon had built the house of the LORD, and his own house, #, 14_2CH_08_16  Now all the work of Solomon was prepared unto the day of the foundation of the house of the LORD, and until it was finished. [So] the house of the LORD was perfected. #, 14_2CH_09_11  And the king made [of] the algum trees terraces to the house of the LORD, and to the king's palace, and harps and psalteries for singers, and there were none such seen before in the land of Judah. #, 14_2CH_11_04  Thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren, return every man to his house, for this thing is done of me. And they obeyed the words of the LORD, and returned from going against Jeroboam. #, 14_2CH_12_01  And it came to pass, when Rehoboam had established the kingdom, and had strengthened himself, he forsook the law of the LORD, and all Israel with him. #, 14_2CH_12_09  So Shishak king of Egypt came up against Jerusalem, and took away the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king's house; he took all, he carried away also the shields of gold which Solomon had made. #, 14_2CH_13_14  And when Judah looked back, behold, the battle [was] before and behind, and they cried unto the LORD, and the priests sounded with the trumpets. #, 14_2CH_14_13  And Asa and the people that [were] with him pursued them unto Gerar, and the Ethiopians were overthrown, that they could not recover themselves; for they were destroyed before the LORD, and before his host; and they carried away very much spoil. #, 14_2CH_16_02  Then Asa brought out silver and gold out of the treasures of the house of the LORD and of the king's house, and sent to Benhadad king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus, saying, #, 14_2CH_17_16  And next him [was] Amasiah the son of Zichri, who willingly offered himself unto the LORD; and with him two hundred thousand mighty men of valour. #, 14_2CH_18_20  Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will entice him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? #, 14_2CH_19_08  Moreover in Jerusalem did Jehoshaphat set of the Levites, and [of] the priests, and of the chief of the fathers of Israel, for the judgment of the LORD, and for controversies, when they returned to Jerusalem. #, 14_2CH_19_10  And what cause soever shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, ye shall even warn them that they trespass not against the LORD, and [so] wrath come upon you, and upon your brethren, this do, and ye shall not trespass. #, 14_2CH_19_11  And, behold, Amariah the chief priest [is] over you in all matters of the LORD; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, for all the king's matters, also the Levites [shall be] officers before you. and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning. #, 02_EXO_16_32  And Moses said, This [is] the thing which the LORD commandeth, Fill an omer of it to be kept for your generations; #, 05_DEU_12_11  Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD, #, 05_DEU_12_14  But in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee. #, 05_DEU_12_18  But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that [is] within thy gates, and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto. #, 05_DEU_12_21  If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after. #, 05_DEU_12_26  Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the LORD shall choose. #, 05_DEU_13_05  And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance to possess it, #, 05_DEU_15_07  If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother, #, 05_DEU_15_20  Thou shalt eat [it] before the LORD thy God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, thou and thy household. #, 05_DEU_16_02  Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto the LORD thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his name there. #, 05_DEU_16_05  Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, #, 05_DEU_16_06  But at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his name in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt. #, 05_DEU_16_07  And thou shalt roast and eat [it] in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, and thou shalt turn in the morning, and go unto thy tents. #, 05_DEU_16_11  And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that [is] within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that [are] among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there. #, 05_DEU_16_15  Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose, because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice. #, 05_DEU_16_18  Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes, and they shall judge the people with just judgment. #, 05_DEU_16_20  That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. #, 05_DEU_16_22  Neither shalt thou set thee up [any] image; #, 05_DEU_17_10  And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall show thee; and thou shalt observe to do according to all that they inform thee, #, 05_DEU_17_14  When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that [are] about me; #, 05_DEU_18_06  And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose; #, 05_DEU_18_09  When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. #, 05_DEU_18_21  And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken? #, 05_DEU_18_22  When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that [is] the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, [but] the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously, thou shalt not be afraid of him. #, 05_DEU_19_02  Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it. #, 05_DEU_19_03  Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither. #, 05_DEU_19_10  That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance, and [so] blood be upon thee. #, 05_DEU_20_14  But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, [even] all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which the LORD thy God hath given thee. #, 05_DEU_20_16  But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee [for] an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth, #, 05_DEU_21_01  If [one] be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, [and] it be not known who hath slain him, #, 05_DEU_21_23  His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged [is] accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance. #, 05_DEU_24_04  Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; thou shalt not forget [it]. #, 05_DEU_26_01  And it shall be, when thou [art] come in unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance, and possessest it, and dwellest therein; #, 05_DEU_26_02  That thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt put [it] in a basket, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his name there. #, 05_DEU_26_03  And thou shalt go unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto the LORD thy God, that I am come unto the country which the LORD sware unto our fathers for to give us. #, 05_DEU_26_11  And thou shalt rejoice in every good [thing] which the LORD thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that [is] among you. #, 05_DEU_27_02  And it shall be on the day when ye shall pass over Jordan unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaster them with plaster, #, 05_DEU_27_03  And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee. #, 05_DEU_28_08  The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. #, 05_DEU_28_11  And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee. #, 05_DEU_28_48  Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all [things], and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee. #, 05_DEU_28_52  And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land, and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee. #, 05_DEU_28_53  And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee, #, 05_DEU_29_01  These [are] the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb. #, 05_DEU_29_12  That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day, #, 05_DEU_29_22  So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it; #, 05_DEU_29_23  [And that] the whole land thereof [is] brimstone, and salt, [and] burning, [that] it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath, #, 05_DEU_30_20  That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, [and] that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him, for he [is] thy life, and the length of thy days, that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them. #, 05_DEU_31_07  And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage, for thou must go with this people unto the land which the LORD hath sworn unto their fathers to give them;
